Eggs are that ubiquitous ingredient that have been a part of baking forever! It is hard to imagine baking without eggs. However, many of us do not eat eggs or dishes made with eggs for various reasons. Baking without eggs is very much possible if one knows the ingredients and techniques that can possibly replace them.
